Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription information to manage your account.

Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyse CVs and job descriptions. This processing includes extracting candidate information, evaluating qualifications, and generating match scores. The AI analysis is performed to help you make informed recruitment decisions. We use trusted AI providers who process data in accordance with their privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Active subscriptions: Data is retained for as long as your subscription is active.
• Cancelled subscriptions: Following cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, all campaigns and CVs are automatically deleted except for your most recent campaign.
• Account deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and AI processing providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
