By accessing or using Taskless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Taskless provides an AI-powered CV screening and candidate matching service. Users can upload job descriptions and CVs to receive automated analysis, candidate profiles, and match scores to assist with recruitment decisions.

The Service is offered across multiple subscription tiers, starting from £19.99 per month. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice.
Users without an active subscription may use limited features: one campaign with up to five CVs.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will revert to the free tier limitations.
Following subscription cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days. After this retention period, all campaigns and associated CV data will be automatically deleted, except for your most recent campaign. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Taskless and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (job descriptions, CVs).
By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse CVs and generate candidate profiles, match scores, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI analysis should be reviewed by humans and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taskless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though data retention provisions will still apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
